Flywheel Sports is one of the leading brands in boutique fitness, with over 100 locations worldwide.

I was hired to create all the on-location electronics, mechanics, and software that allowed Flywheel to become the first tech-enabled spin bike club. As part of this contract I developed proprietary sensor tech, the measurement units for performance (Torq), the on-bike polycarbonate enclosures, graphic design for the studio screens and bike displays, the network architecture, instructor touchscreen interface, data logging, TorqBoard, and a hundred other things.

I personally constructed and installed the tech in the first 3 studios (Flatiron, Sag Harbor, UWS/JCC).

A decade later they are now transitioning to a new design.
